AIOTECH is a product studio offering design, development, AI, and growth services. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement; these Terms cover use of this website and its free tools.

AI tools disclaimer

Outputs from our AI tools (estimates, validations, roadmaps, etc.) are generated automatically and provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee of accuracy. Verify before relying on them.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and code are owned by AIOTECH. For client engagements, IP ownership of delivered work is governed by your project agreement (we transfer ownership of delivered work as specified there).

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the tools, attempt to disrupt the service, or access it unlawfully.
• Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The website and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AIOTECH is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or tools.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIOTECH operates. (Specify jurisdiction before publishing.)
