AIOTECH is a product studio offering design, development, AI, and growth services. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement; these Terms cover use of this website only.

Information on this site

Timelines, price ranges, and guidance published on this site — including on our blog and service pages — are general information, not a quote and not professional, legal, or financial advice. Anything binding comes from a signed proposal.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and code are owned by AIOTECH. For client engagements, IP ownership of delivered work is governed by your project agreement (we transfer ownership of delivered work as specified there).

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or access it unlawfully.
• Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use our forms to send spam, malware, or unsolicited marketing.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AIOTECH is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website. Client engagements may specify a different governing law in the signed project agreement, which takes precedence for that work.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
