Information we collect

• Contact details you submit through our contact form — name, email, company, and the project details you write.
• Newsletter email when you subscribe.
• Booking details — if you book a call, the name, email and time you give our scheduling provider.
• Technical data — standard server and access logs from our hosting provider, plus privacy-friendly, aggregated page analytics that do not identify you individually.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, scope your project, and provide the services you request.
• To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Where data is stored

When you submit a form, we store it in our hosted database so we can follow up, and we send ourselves an email notification containing what you wrote. Your browser also keeps a local copy of your submission on your own device so a form isn't lost if a request fails; you can clear that at any time from your browser settings.

Our providers process data on servers outside Pakistan, including in the European Union and the United States. We keep lead records for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up on your enquiry, and delete them on request.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that run this site:

• Vercel — hosting, request logs, and aggregated page analytics.
• Supabase — the database that stores contact-form and newsletter submissions.
• Resend — sends us the email notification for a new enquiry.
• Cal.com — handles scheduling if you book a call with us.

Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles. We use your browser's local storage to keep a copy of what you submit through a form on your own device. Our analytics are aggregated and cookie-free. You can clear local storage at any time from your browser settings.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've shared with us — and ask us to stop contacting you — by emailing info@aiotechstudio.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing, request a copy of your data in portable form, or complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access restricted to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect to what we need to answer you.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
