AIOTECH is an AI-native product studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. We design, build and launch software for founders and businesses — web apps, mobile apps, MVPs, SaaS platforms, and the AI systems that sit inside them.
We are deliberately small. That means we take on fewer projects than an agency of our reach could, and it means the work does not get handed down a chain. It also means we say no to projects we are not the right team for — usually with a recommendation for who is.

Scope is the lever, not hours
Most software runs over budget because the scope was never honest. We cut scope before we cut quality, and we tell you which parts of your idea can wait.
Senior people, small team
No junior-heavy pyramid billed at senior rates. The people you meet on the first call are the people writing the code.
AI where it earns its place
We build AI into products when it solves a real job — retrieval, generation, automation. We will tell you when a feature doesn't need a model at all.
You own everything
Code lands in your repository from sprint one. Full IP transfer is in every contract, not an upsell at the end.

Where we work from
Our team is in Lahore, Pakistan. We work remotely with clients across the Gulf, the UK, Europe and North America. Pakistan Standard Time overlaps the full working day in the Gulf, most of the European morning, and the early hours of the US East Coast — so there is real overlap, not just handover notes.
